Dunkin'

This Dunkin’ Donuts location delivers through the app GrubHub. Today I ordered three donuts - which was a pretty small order. The delivery driver arrived early and called me when he arrived. He brought my order to my apartment on the third floor. He was friendly and polite. I was amazed at the bag my order came it. There was a strong adhesive sealing the top that kept the contents hot!!!! It’s great and defiantly can be reused! The food was delivered as ordered. My bagel was toasted and the sandwich was hot. All in all I appreciate the effort made to deliver my small order right to my door with a smile!

Once watched the drive-thru hand my food order to the car in front of me, watched the car in front of me open and touch it, hand the item back through the window once they realized it wasn't theirs, and they tried to then hand me the item. To make matters worse this was during the first COVID peak in April 2020. Decided to give them a second chance the other day and realized it was a terrible mistake. As we ordered we watched a young, male associate take the trash out with no gloves on, he then walked back into the building and immediately started processing our food order. When we called him out for not washing his hands before touching the food after touching the trash he did not deny it and instead claimed he hadn't really touched the food. Either way the young man did not seem in a hurry to wash his hands before continuing food orders. I know this likely happens at most locations and most fast food places but seeing it first hand is disgusting and this location has been a problem several times.

You guys need to put the cream cheese ON the bagel, and NOT on the side. Us truck drivers do not want to spread the cream cheese on it ourselves with those flimsy little plastic knives. We usually eat while we're driving. I'm constantly asking at the drive thru "put tur cream cheese ON the bagel" and you keep putting it on the side. And you keep screwing up my coffee. I'm going to Honey Dew from now on...

I'm getting so tired of this Dunkin Donuts. I literally plan buying my coffees around 1 girl being there because she's the only one who knows how to make a coffee! Go there this morning, yet again doors locked at 6 even though they open at 5 because they are short staffed. This happens way too often which is a major inconvenience to me on a school morning I shouldn't have to call or guess every day if I'm going to be able to grab a coffee at this location 🙄 To go app has been Drive thru only for months now. Morning shift too busy to make coffee without mistakes and shift after that is too lazy to care currently. And not to mention the staff is quick to get irritated and be rude. So much wasted money here on horrible coffees that I'm on the verge of not buying from here anymore. Going to dunkin donuts shouldn't be a hassle to its customers 🤷‍♀️

i went to this dunkin a little while ago and went through the drive thru...and when i did that i got 3 drinks they messed up my order more then 3 times n i was in the drive thru more then 10 mintues...how does that happen? and 2 of the workers looked like they were high....all i did was get 2 ice coffees n a hot chocolate n they messed it up over 3 times i dont under stand it . this is the worse dunkin
