Horrible experience. I had a birthday coupon and the cashier didn't even bother looking at it and jumped right away to saying that they don't accept it. Now why would a company send me a coupon from their franchise for them to not accept it? Very unfriendly and poor customer service. She was also rude. It's like they don't know what they're doing. We always buy items from Cinnabon, but I am not sure if I will be a returning customer.

Terrible experience. Tried buying a half dozen but they only sell them individually. Bought one for $7 (overpriced). Tried correcting the worker and she just gave me attitude. Started eating my cinnabon, was very soggy and RAW. Won’t go there again.

Expensive, once in a while treat. They do not seem to frost their buns to the taste of most customers, forcing the purchase of a pint of extra.. .so?!

I bought a pack of 6 last night. I mentioned that I wanted to have 2 for here and repackage the other 4 in 2 separate 2 holder boxes. The gentlemen who helped me (I think it was the manager) was so accommodating and so helpful. He heated up the 2 my wife and I shared, put extra icing on them, and gave me my bag of take homes courteously. They were delicious. By far the best Cinnabon experience I have ever had!

went in and got a 6 pack. Got home warned up cinnabon. And was not able cut cut was so hard. The rolls after feeling the others in box were old. Took back to store to has them tell us we needed to warm them up. They did end up giving us another box. Never had any trouble with the place before. But after paying $20.00 for 6 rolls you think they would remember to rotate rolls. Maybe new manager. Watch pout and check your rools before you leave the store
