We ordered via DoorDash (who only gave us a small refund), and our food was just terrible, which is disappointing because it was so good last time. My turkey bacon was burnt and had a hair wrapped around it. They forgot our 4 fruit toppings, which we paid extra for, and they forgot our butters. My husband ordered cheesecake pancakes but received plain buttermilk. The mozzarella sticks were undercooked. But worse, we were told by Denny's Bellingham that they couldn't do anything about it! They didn't even offer to replace our meals! What kind of customer service is that? We spent $82!!!!

I've always loved going to eat at Denny's, today it reminds me of my late grandfather who use to take me and my cousin's whenever he came across some extra money. I love the french toast with peanut butter, maple syrup and whipped cream with some sausages and bacon and would always get an order of biscuits and gravy. I love the variety of different plates that they offer from their famous breakfast to lunch items such as burgers and fries. Can't forget about the delicious pies the have and you are able to buy whole pies to take home! Their prices are very affordable and the customer service is always awesome.

I've been to my fair share of Denny's- but I've been a regular at THIS Denny's since I moved here for college. It's a great place for lots of coffee and some studying. I come in at the same time pretty much every Wednesday where I meet up with my favorite waitress Shannon.
Shannon has always been SO incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. I always say she was the first friend I made in Bellingham! She absolutely makes this place for me and so many others. I hardly ever do reviews, but I feel that such a genuinely good person and amazing employee deserves recognition!

Overall, a reasonable place to come eat. Music is decent and quiet. Non obtrusive if you want to have good conversations here. Service is somewhat slow, even if there is nobody here. Expect to wait around for a while before waiters get to you. Prices are great for the food, 12 to $15 for a decent meal. They have deals for kids and seniors, including a kids eat free deal for kids under 10. The quality of the food is hit and miss, I've had platters come that were burned, as well as platters that were impressively tender and juicy. Mixed experience but decent for a casual meal.

No decent salad options. Food was barely edible. Our poor waiter was nice but their cooks left so they had to close for the night.

Need to drastically downgrade my rating from 3 to 1 for this franchise location for breakfast! (I would recommend going to the nearby Shari's, for best overall experience).
Ordered the "Built your own omelet", little on plate looked appealing when it was served. Not really a bad taste, but did leave a weird taste in my mouth. Service, as before, seemed uneven and rushed - the simplest things had to be specifically requested.
On my way out, had to go into their restroom to rinse my mouth out - it felt like I just finished a cheap bag of popcorn. ?????

Worked for corporate office for Denny's at the beginning of my working experience, but the stores of today are a faint reflection of the stores of 40 years ago.
Sad!
Something as simple as ordering a cup of Earl Grey tea could not be handled. Instead of being advised that this restaurant did not have Earl Grey, I was bought a plain black tea.
Service was ok(!) - as were the items ordered, but when ready to leave, the check had not been delivered, had to go to the front counter and ask for it.
After a unsatisfactory experience at the remodeled Denny's in Mt Vernon last year, reluctance remain about Denny's being a first choice in the future.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing after working a 18 hour shift. Hadn't ate all day. Was told by night server they weren't seating customers anymore. I asked if i could order to go. She replied we are a little backed up so probably not. Online app is still accepting to go orders so it was very upsetting that she turned me away at the door with 30 minutes left on the clock to still order. So i called and asked to speak to the manager. She refused to get the manager and hung up on me. Definitively not a friendly place and not the Dennys service that I've encountered other places. I travel for work as I'm a long distance shipper and usually at the end of my shift Dennys is the only place still open. Never have i encountered such rude service or ignorance from a Dennys employee.

Visiting Bellingham with my daughter, we had a late dinner at Denny's. What a fantastic choice! Our server Braedon was very polite, prompt, and accommodating. We shared the grand slamwich and an order of pancakes. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We wish the Denny's back home in Vancouver was half as good! Thanks for a fantastic start to our mother-daughter getaway.
