Haggen is my favorite store. It's newly remodeled and has a beautiful look & cool vibe to it. I worked in the seafood dept. when it was first built.

Way too expensive. Disgusted that you are making your cake donuts smaller. FOR GOD'S SAKE STOP GOUGING YOUR CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY NOW IN THIS TIME OF NEED. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE???? I'm not alone with these feelings.

Haggen's (Now owned by Albertson's, just like Safeway) is really great at certain things. A lot of the style, employees (Always nice!), and deli, bakery, chinese, & meat departments have kept the distinctive Haggen's look & fancier products intact after the ownership switch. The bad news is that they have also kept the bare-bones weekly sales offerings, higher prices (some are justified, most are not) & lack of coupons that Haggen's always had as well. If you want some of the speacialty items only the Haggen's stores offer, they still have them and it's worth the price. If you are on a budget or just getting groceries you would find anywhere, you may want to go to Safeway instead!

From the wide walking path sidewalk in the middle of the parking lot to the amazing deli section, the meat counter, wines and entire selection in general, this is the best grocery store franchise in Washington.

Genuinely helpful, friendly employees ready to assist. Bakery that's the best I've ever seen in a grocery store. (As good as any bakery anywhere, although I'm sure some locals would vote for any one of the many excellent bakeries in B'ham.) Plenty of prepared foods for breakfast lunch and dinner. Prices are definitely higher than Freddy's and Safeway, but sometimes it's worth it.

Echo, at the Barkley Haggen, in the bakery, was very helpful in making some corrections to my daughters cake that I had picked up at the Sehome Haggen. Thank you Echo for helping make my daughter's Birthday special.

This place is really cool and has a lot of good produce items but the prices are a little wanky

I go to Haggen's off Woburn for their plants. They have big, beautiful, healthy plants cheaper than any of the garden stores I've tried.
