Umami

Came in around 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. They seemed busy, but that did not affect our service or quality of food! 😊 We ordered about seven rolls to go, with a bunch of appetizers and soups. We got our food within the 20-minute window they told us it would take. They gave us extra ginger and wasabi like we asked, and our order was correct. The level of expertise and quality at this place is amazing. Love it definitely will be back!

OMG this place is amazing. I am not sure if I've ever had such great sushi before. Ample parking & seating space. Folks at the sushi bar are very forthcoming and helping explain the ingredients, etc. Umiki Japanese wine is awesome, has great aroma and taste. It was served plain, without ice or soda and I enjoyed for sure. Three way Salmon ceviche (starter) is just amazing. It has a fresh taste to it, cilantro was great and so were the cherry tomatoes. All this along with avocados make the salmon taste amazing. Main course consisted of "Out of control", "1504 Bellevue" & "Spicy tuna roll". All amazing choices and affordable too. My server was 18 and seemed new so we got help from other seniors and they recommended the main course dishes. If you are around, do try this place. Highly recommend.

Umami is the definition of exquisite. We’re regulars here, and it’s for a reason. It’s an at home feel where it isn’t too uptight as many sushi restaurants can feel sometimes. The employees are quite possibly my favorite part of this place, like a cherry on top. They’re personable, attentive and always have great recommendations. We tried the pink lady this time we went and it was the best idea, definitely worth a try! The price for food is competitive to other sushi restaurants and 100% worth it every time!
