Chipotle Mexican Grill

I like the fact that chipotle is transparent about the ingredients they use. Since they use Non GMO ingredients this is my go to place if I could not cook at home They offer both veggie and meat options. They portion size is good and they don’t skimp on the veggies like most of the chain restaurants The rice was well cooked. Also some of the serving staff would be adding less rice or other ingredients and you can always ask for more 😀. They also have a nice outdoor seating area overlooking the Bellevue downtown.

I ordered a while360 salad bowl and by the picture, it looked amazing, however, what I got was literally 1/3 of that. There was a generous amount of guacamole which the best part, but very few greens, maybe 6 or 7 pieces of Pollo Asado chicken and didn't even taste the salsa that was supposed to be included. Overall, very disappointed in this experience. My son ordered a burrito and it was fabulous according to him, mine was an utterly horrible way to spend $14. It pays to go inside and not go through the app, which is what we did.

A decent place as far as Chipotles are concerned. Serving sizes were moderate though they were fairly stingy on the meat compared to other places. And, tragedy of tragedies, they were ALL OUT OF QUESO!!! Literally cannot state how disappointing that was. Would have been four stars but there was no queso so what even is the point of life. However, you must also take into consideration that this Chipotle was the only restaurant that was actually open when I went at around 6 pm. MOD pizza was completely closed in Bellevue as well as the Panda Express in the Bellevue Collection. Cannot state how disappointing this was. Overall, pretty decent and would come here again if forced to.
