First time going to Jamba and it was great! I was unfamiliar with the drink choices and the employee was super helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. Additionally the manager Tom talked me into getting one of those waffles. The smoothie and waffle were great!!!

First mistake: Placed an order ahead, ingredients missing but, Management did not tell us until we arrived so our food was not even ready. Our phone number was on the order! Second mistake: The management said that no other store had pineapple, but didn't even call to check! We wasted our time coming out here. Order was refunded, but try actually picking up the phone and asking the other stores before lying and wasting customers time.

Good juice options. Friendly staff. However it could get little too crowded and it was a long time for us to get our order delivered.

One employee. Took over 10 minutes just to make it to register, then I was asked to wait 3 more to give order for cleaning. Employee was fine, but store should have at least 2 working at all times.

The employees at jamba hustle. They are definitely the friendliest and energetic I have ever met. They go above and beyond in terms of smoothie quality. Excellent service. Large selection of smoothies and is customizable to suit your needs.
