Bellevue Bistro

Swung in to place a Togo order probably during peak brunch hour. BB has apparently been affected by staffing issues (like everywhere else) so there was only one waitress working the entire front of the house. Her name was Mikayla, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was communicative to the customers, professional, and seemed to care about everyone’s brunch experience despite being short staffed and having they card/ticketing system go down on her. I got to sit there and watch for quite sometime and was impressed with how she was handling each situation and each individual customers request. I saw no unhappy faces despite the unfortunate wait times. I loved her attitude and how much she cared about doing a good job. Everyplace needs people like Mikayla. When I finally got my food home it was cooked to perfection so whoever was working the kitchen was amazing as well. My wife and I have always loved the food here but my experience today felt like the workers here needed a shout out for doing such an awesome job!
