Food was ok but not completely pleased with the staffs. Guy there cut the communication 2 time with no reason and had to repeat my orders 3 times.
And again while picking up my orders made me wait my drinks for a while without any explanation. It was around 6:10pm 2/6/2022. I understand this guys are young and under paid but need some education.

So this was a disappointing place to eat. You charge as much as jack n the box and your food should be cooked when you order it. Not pre cooked and stored in a container then reheated a little at best. The cheese didn't even melt and they burger was luke warm at best. I remember when the food use to be cooked when ordered and they burgers were great. Now every time I got there its pre cooked and just taste bad. Probably won't recommend this place to no one. How ever the burger king in monroe is usually fresh and hot. They need to change the way they serve the food or it will be just another closed burger king. Sad because I actually like burger king.

This Burger King and Burger King in general has really gone down. They got rid of the 2 for $6 impossible whopper deal, this particular place is always understaffed, and the food is usually cold. I’m only giving it 3 stars because feel bad for the staff.

Impossible Whopper was surprisingly impressive... at other locations. I've had it two times prior and enjoyed it until I came here and ordered it. It was cold and tasted very subpar compared to my other two experiences. Sadly, will probably never want to order the Impossible Whopper ever again.

Went here for breakfast, during breakfast hours but was told they don’t serve breakfast at this location. Ended up ordering a couple things from their lunch menu but it was subpar. Better fast food options elsewhere. Service was ok.

I'd give zero star if I could. I did online order & paid for everything before I head there. I pull up to drive thru and they say they can't complete my order because they can't make burgers... I let them know that I've paid my order already but their response was very confusing. They let me know that they don't do online orders and I have to call the customer service to get a refund. After speaking with them for like 5 minutes, they ended up replacing my order to something else... I had to wait for another 10-15mins to get my order. Yikes.

The manager is very rude and narcissistic. He needs a good lesson on how to talk to people. No wonder everyone ive dealt with here is rude. This is the worst Burger King I’ve been to. They close at like 7 or 8pm but who knows they won’t update their hours. There’s no good burger places around there either. I will drive to the one in crossroads next time I want Burger King. Because I won’t be coming back to this one.
