My husband and I were recommended to come here through Yelp and drive 1.5 hours to give it a try. Customer service was disappointing. We requested two walnut chocolate brownie and two candy brownies and one chocolate walnut cookie. She only have us one of each brown and the cookie. She seemed very distracted, unfriendly and with little to no response. The cookie was really good! But the brownie was mouth watering- super moist and delicious!

We always buy our bread and couple of cookies at Harvest Bakery in Factoria. Loved their Old fashioned white, whole wheat bread and dinner rolls. Just recently we bought last Jan 21,2022 at 3:52 pm Honey Whole Wheat Bread(large 2lb 3oz,Sliced) and couple of cookies. A total of $13.85. I still have the receipt in case I'll be coming back. The problem was we noticed the whole wheat bread we bought was no longer the same quality in terms of how it was baked. Every time we get the bread from the plastic bread bag or bread bag, one sliced of bread will break into pieces or half of it will fall off. Before the old fashioned white and whole wheat feels dense and heavy. Now, I noticed it's a little bit thin/light and breaks easily. If you try to toast it most of it will scatter inside the toaster. I called the bakery in Factoria wanted to talked to the manager/supervisor. Instead I was talking to a female staff. She was actively listening to my experienced and she will mention it to her supervisor/manager. I am not happy how their bread was baked this time. Maybe they lack some ingredients or how it was baked. I don't know but what I know from years of buying bread from them I can tell the difference. I hope this time they will make it right and just like the way it used to be. Please make your customer happy and satisfied on what they buy since the price of your bread went up. This time I won't recommend buying from them. Please make it right and make customers happy. Thank you and God Bless!

Okay so who doesn't love a bakery right? Well, just wish they had some competence making a simple sandwich. They could have a lot of people buying those at lunch if it didn't take them an hour to make a sandwich with a 2 hour heads up. This is archaic. Not rocket science. Unfortunate. Please get with it Great Harvest we really want to love you. Also- staff needs to be trained on cross contamination basics, meaning: gloves on for touching food and gloves off for touching dirty things ie. money. Food handling knowledge necessity. Lot of potential in location, branding and not great competition around for lunches. But for some reason they genuinely seem mad to make sandwiches. Hmm. Maybe don't sell them if they are too much trouble?

It's Sunday afternoon and we came here for sandwiches. Walked in at 2:20. We waited for the teenagers working there to end their conversation about prom and high school gossip until we were served. By that time we went to order sandwiches and heard someone from the back yell that it's 2:30 now and they aren't making any more sandwiches. I asked if she was serious, as we've been in there waiting to order and they had heard us talk about the different sandwiches and that they could have told us we had to quickly order if the literal second mattered or else we wouldn't be able to get lunch.... She girl making sandwiches just looked at us and said we stop at 2:30. We couldn't believe it. We literally walked out in disbelief. So appalling and disappointing. They really should train their employees better, especially the girl with the blonde streak in her hair making sandwiches.

Our favorite bread store. We usually get the whole wheat bread and their bread is different as it does not have sugar but is made with honey! The bread is soft and feels lighter than conventional bread! ... That also makes it expensive! The other breads we like are Challah which is super soft Asiago Pesto has a distinct delicious pesto taste,

A neighborhood institution, this bakery has reliably fresh and delicious savory and sweet baked goods, with lots and lots of yummy whole grain options—an increasingly rare offering in the local market. Incredible sandwiches to order ahead and take on a family hike! The owner is a warm and community-minded businessperson who I’ve seen in effortlessly kneading 2 loaves simultaneously—one in each hand! I just love this place.
