Pizza Hut

Stopped in today after a long day at Greenfield Village with my wife and son. We were greeted right away with very friendly service. There was a motorcycle video game that my son wanted to ride. I didn’t have cash or change but one of the workers seen him and gave him 3 dollars of quarters so he could play multiple times. Such a great staff and clean and amazing environment. Will 100 percent stop back if ever in the area. I didn’t get the ladies name but thank you so much

Don't go here. Received a very wrong pizza. Tried calling for over 30 minutes before they closed. Kept being put on hold and nobody would answer. Once closed, no calls were being sent to the store. Called corporate and then almost immediately received a call from the store manager. Because they were now closed I can't get a new pizza so they refunded my money which takes up to 2 business days and the tip I left in cash can't be accounted for so I'm out that too. Go to the local hungry Howies or tornados pizza if you want correct food and great customer service. I thought I'd change it up tonight but I regret it. Store has gone way downhill over the last year. Close it down or bring in more people👎

Pizza Hut was quite popular initially…well now not so much. My order wasn’t correct even though I was the only one there ordering with several employees on staff. The carpet was filthy and it was cold inside. Also the woman taking the phone orders appeared to be visibly I’ll and was coughing through the phone.

DONT CALL THIS PIZZA HUT NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE Absolutely worse experience ever trying to call this place to make an order. I was forwarded to the call center 4 times NOT THE ACTUAL STORE. Then sat on hold for 38 mins after I was told my order for delivery would be at my place in 35 mins, it was well over 1 hour and 10 mins after I finally called. After all that time, I got tired of waiting and drove to the store. Food was sitting there waiting and cold and they still made me Pay for it l, no discounts, no apologies and no reasoning on why it was so late and cold and the answer on the phone. I will never be ordering from here again!!! Wish I could just give it 0 stars…

Pizza wasn't good, only half the slices had full cheese, one slice had no cheese at all. Dry. Bread sticks not cut, just a dry loaf. Boneless wings expensive and so small. "wings" the size of little meatballs? Fail. They used dash delivery= super slow, sat getting cold their counter 45 minutes before it was picked,up says app= cold meal. Ordered from them to avoid door dash since they are terrible in this area. Very disappointing.
