Don't order the deep dish... I typically find the traditional crust pizza from Mr. Pizza pretty satisfying. Today, I thought I'd try the deep dish round, since the young lady that took my order stated that a lot of customers say it's "pretty good". Turns out, it was more like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. That's my complaint...I've had better pizza from a D'Giorno box. I called to express my disappointment. The gentleman answered the phone by noting that they were closed. I said I wasn't interested in a replacement that night, as I understood they were short staffed. I only wanted to express that I was less than pleased with the pizza I had just paid good money for. My tone was one of disappointment...dry, without inotation or expressiveness. I guess the gentleman thought I was angry or being nasty. I even attempted to convince him that he was misinterpreting my tone. I guess he wasn't convinced lol. The problem I have is this...I had just paid for a product that I was completely dissatisfied with. At that point, the goal of a "manager" should've been to fix the concern with some sort of customer service gesture or service recovery offer. Instead, I was received with some "manager" telling me about my attitude or my tone of voice. I was not only unimpressed with the pizza, but also the lack of interest the "manager" had in retaining me as a customer. I won't be going back. There's better pizza and better attitudes at five other pizza joints near me. The only reason I didn't give one star is because the guy at the counter when I picked up my pizza was awesome.

My first time ordering tonight. I tipped very very well. Food showed up barely warm and I didn’t think of it right away but I ordered a sampler and never got the burrito bites. I was never asked nor sent any dressing for my hoagie. My husband loved his pizza which I had a bite of and it was very good. I hope we can get more then just pizza for the food to be good. I am not looking to be refunded but I just wish the food was hot and everything was there. We got busy talking about how good his pizza was it never dawned on me I payed almost 11.00 and didn’t get what I was suppose to. I don’t know if I want to try other things or just stick to pizza.

Your pizzas went up in price astronomically. We ordered two pizzas medium and it somehow came out to $30. Nope. Sorry. Got in our car and drove down the road to Happy's instead. That's insane. INSANE. It used to come out much cheaper now you raised prices. People will stop coming here if this continues. You just lost a long time customer.

This place has good pizza. About 3 months ago they start to really decline in service. But as of late they have been great. Above and beyond customer service. The young ladies at the counter are great and Aaron is awsome at making sure you have what you need. Including understanding a frustrating of a situation. Helping a frazzled father rushing around getting food for the kids in tow. Great job and keep it up..

Ordered a handful of times from this place since it's only a few minutes up the road from me, and it's been the best pizza, and wings I've had in a long awhile. The downside is that their hours are incorrect online. On their website, and on Google, it states they are open until 12am. I called at about 11:05pm to get a pickup order for 1 pizza, and the person who answered their phone stated they were closed. Disappointed they cannot fulfill late night cravings. If you are not truly open until the hours listed, then an update to those should be considered.
