Ihop

We go to this location after 4 often and on most occasion we have good service. They have a friendly staff and are friendly to our 3 kids. There has been times where service was slow but the staff will easily accommodate on those busy day. The food has always been good. Service 4/ Food 4/ Clean 3 Tables are good but other areas are neglected like the bathroom as someone mentioned.

Food was okay, I asked for eggs Sunnyside up but came out over cooked. My wife got the biscuits and gravy, biscuits were very dry and dense. Rest of food was good. Service was mediocre, staff was polite but NOT friendly. Neither the hostess nor waitress ever smiled or seemed interested in being there. Waitress seemed new and very forgetful, kept hearing customers reminding her for things. Probably won't be back to this IHOP. By the way, first time to this location.

This location really needs to move to a new location. The parking lot is unsatisfactory for the amount of business it has. The waitresses are really rude and taking frustration out on the customers when they are told what to do by management. The cook is amazing! His food always taste really good. Management are always pleasant. I had a call in order today and was told it will be about an hour. I said that is fine bc I had to get my kids. I got there and not only was it not ready it took another hour to have it cooked. They need more people and a bigger place.

I've never been disappointed with the food at IHOP so my experience with that was fine or as expected. Service could have been better. I asked for a water right off the bat and never got it. My boyfriend had to ask a couple times to get a condiment. Not terrible service but certainly wouldn't have called it good either. This IHOP in particularly is definitely housed in an older building. I don't expect top notch surroundings in an IHOP but I've been to newer stores that have a much better environment.

Parking is a big problem here on busy days. The wait is also pretty bad on busy days. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. Every time I try something new though, I end up liking it only to find out it was "for a limited time only". The bathroom and over all appearance is dirty. I often go to another location that's a town over because it's cleaner.
