Completely raw chicken on the inside of the sandwich we ordered. Difficulty getting the refund I asked for afterwards, but they did eventually refund me my money.

Spent 20 of the 30 minute lunch break waiting to order. This seems to be a daily pattern. Will need to choose a different place to eat. Food was good.

The staff is always very friendly. My drive thru orders have been hot, fresh and correct each time. Like everywhere else they sometimes have to close due to staffing issues. Food is great though!

I was shocked by the lack of caring. I don’t go get fast food often but today was an emergency. Couldn’t be more disappointed with the experience. Ordered a Diet Coke with chicken nuggets. They gave me a regular Coke without a straw no receipt no napkins no sauce. There was so much ice in the drink It was insane. And the nuggets were even cold. Also there was like four cars ahead of me and I waited in line for like 20 minutes and no one even said anything to me…like dude..

I think Wendy's is better than McDonald's!! Maybe someday Wendy's could be more like Steak and Shake but better. But the question is can it ever go that far? Perhaps maybe someday it will. And if it does that would be awesome!!

It's quite dated and therefore needs big time updates. My most recent order was missing a few items, but they were quite busy. Overall, it's still Wendy's, where the food is tasty.

This Wendy's is terrible. I went there on Saturday they couldn't take any orders thru drive thru. Today I went there around 11:19 a.m. they couldn't take orders they weren't ready for lunch orders would take 5-10 minutes to get ready. Yet employees were in the parking lot standing around. With all these business in the area do you think people will come back to this kind of service? I won't. This is unacceptable service.

We went through drive thru first thing in the morning because we were headed to Detroits Eastern Market for rhe day. Although I should have checked my order, it was completely wrong. Customer service was good, but I didn't get my receipt either so I could at least call and say something. The breakfast fries were fresh and hot
