Every time I go here, they forget something they've charged me extra for- this time it was a dollar for cheese that I didn't get, last time it was a couple of their kickin' ranch. I'm not sure I've ever received the cheese they've charged me extra for at any visit. No one ahead of me in the drive thru, no visible customers in the dining room. Seriously, is it that hard to make a SANDWICH? What I came home with really shows how much this location cares about the service they provide. Not only is there no cheese I paid for, but there's a sprinkle of lettuce, a couple of green tomato slices, and a scant helping of meat. I'm done with this establishment.

This use to be a great location but we have not experienced good customer service for months. Today, I called in an order at 2:17 p.m ( one combo meal with drink) and it is now 3:35 and I still don't have the large drink we paid for. We less than 5 min from this location. The driver came at 3 and forgot our drink. She was kind and said she'd run right back and get it. At 3:30 we still did not have the drink so I called to cancel it. I was told that I could not get credit back for the drink until the next time I came into the store So I told them to go ahead and bring the drink. They said they would when they are able to.. I understand mistakes happen but at this location they don't try to move very quickly to make things right.

Used to be top notch but lately the service here has been awful. The last time I ordered I was hung up on b4 the person confirmed my order was paid for, and this time the driver left my food outside without knocking on the door to let me know if was there and also didn't confirm delivery on the app being used till after I called to see where my food was. It's not rocket science. Who just leaves food on someones door without letting them know it is there.

Messed up my "giant" sandwich order and gave me a regular. When I asked him to correct it the dude charged me nearly $20 total to give me the other half when the "giant" is only $16. I even asked him to fix the order but he said it was the right price... Also forgot the bbq chips and gave us the wrong drink as a fun fact.

Jimmy John's just wasted my son's time and threw away his dinner all because THEY voided out the paid order due to no delivery drivers at this time. They were well aware of the situation before entering the order as a delivery. We drive here assuming everything was all good but no,, i was told I had to pay with cash but because I didn't have any smaller bills on me or the card they refused and tossed the order directly into the trash. It gets better. I was the only person in the store with the two male employees and as I requested a phone number for management they denied it to me and then basically teamed up on me by speaking louder and louder so I exited the store because I was uncomfortable.
