7-eleven

Just another bad experience at our local 7-eleven.bought some motor oil and went to the counter to pay. There were two clerks in the store; one was counting cigarettes and another was cleaning. Stood there for awhile but no one paid attention.... Said hello, but no one acknowledged my presence.... Finally, I asked for help and the lady counting cigarettes, obviously irritated, said she was coming. Suggestion: if you see someone at the counter waiting at least acknowledge their presence; otherwise the customer thinks no one knows they're in the store. "I'll be right there" would have gone a long way to alleviate the frustration. Another suggestion: teach the clerks that assisting customers and selling products takes priority over counting, cleaning, and stocking.
