I was excited to get some donuts! I ordered half a dozen on the app, but when I got there to get them I was told they didn't have any of the kind I had ordered. Instead of refunding my money I had to get a bunch of donuts I don't like... maybe because it was the afternoon? I'll try it again another time. The staff was nice, they apologized and actually told me to have a good day unlike a lot of other drive thrus

Always come on Sundays and get amazing service from Marissa and the rest of her teammates! Donuts are always good and the coffee is amazing. Service is fast and they are always so nice!

Giving 3 stars because the coffee is good but as a local getting this kind of quality makes me not want to come back. This was supposed to be a bacon, egg, and cheese on croissant. You can hardly call that okay to just wrap up and serve to someone. Do better Dunkin’ employees.

Order wasn’t ready (that was placed before), staff was rude and unfriendly with rude comments, we got the wrong order, and there was a bite taken out of the donut. Awful experience.

We drove over 30 minutes to get here, arrived at 7:26 pm and the doors were locked despite being open until 8. The workers were inside cleaning the machines and ignored us.
