Rainbow King

This place sure has gone downhill fast. Horrible management and the quality of food has suffered greatly. Not even edible anymore. Such a shame. General Tsos chicken now tastes like soap and pepper. Then they laugh at you when you tell them and offer no refund unless you bring thr food back the same day. This isn't my mistake it's yours, attend a customer service workshop and maybe your restaurant won't be so empty.

My wife and I tried this place after a recommendation from a friend, and we were not disappointed! From the time we were sat at our table our server was very attentive and friendly, but not intrusive. Food was amazing and the presentation was nice. Would recommend getting the dinosaur eggs if you are eating sushi!

Everytime I come back I find a new dish to love!! So far I've had the gyoza, tonkatsu ramen, rainbow roll sushi, & shrimp hibachi. It is all delicious &quickly prepared, the portions are perfect for the prices. Also the staff very welcoming and friendly, you instantly feel at home at Rainbow King. I am officially hooked!

Horrible experience, was served spoiled , mushy and sour smelling fried rice. Told the server, she smelled the rice and agreed. Offered to replace it and didn’t even bother to change the whole dish/plate , just came back with a cup of rice and let my husband eat the General Tso’s chicken on the same plate as the spoiled rice. We love supporting local restaurants but not coming back to this one.

My husband and I have been making Rainbow King a weekly date night. We love this place! Our first two visits were challenging as it took almost an hour to get our sushi but our waiters were very transparent about the wait and sympathetic. Also, the sushi is undeniably amazing. All of our other visits have been quick and easy. All the rolls are very well priced and we are so happy with the amount of fish in each roll. We have some favorite rolls that we always get but will mix in a few news ones to try. There are three waiters that we see every visit, Daren, Mikey and Luke - they are fabulous. Incredibly nice and attentive. This place is a hidden gem in Harford county - wish we found it sooner!

Found another great sushi and roll restaurant in Bel Air. Extremely good food and service. When you show up during busy times you might have the initial impression that you will be waiting for a while due to the handful of staff multitasking to keep up with the number of customers, but they do a pretty surprising job of keeping up. Mikey is exceptionally attentive to his customers. Definitely worth a try.
