This was my very first time going to this restaurant. And my second time going to a Indian restaurant. And I have to say that Sizzling Bombays food was phenomenal!... But first I have to say the atmosphere was restful yet romantic. I had the lunch buffet and presentation looked neat. If you are looking for something seasoned and not too spicy 🥵 this is your place. My favorite was the spinach and lentil soup and the rice pudding! I would have given them a 5 , but once I said i had a Groupon voucher I felt shunned.Once he sat me down he just poured water in my glass and left. Not telling what I can anything for about 5 mins, I decided to walk up the front and asked if I could start serving myself or do they bring something for the table. Once he told me I can server myself and I started eating I was in awe!...the Naan was warm, soft yet crunchy!... I don't even remember all that I had but the food was scrumptious!...I ordered the Masala Chat and to my surprise it was unsweetened but they did bring packets of sugar with it. The smell and taste was pleasant. When it came time to pay I just showed them my voucher and paid for the remaining balance with cash. I will be back ...with another Groupon voucher . Great job Sizzling Bombay😉🎉
This is one of, if not, the best Indian-Punjabi buffet in Harford County. Very reasonably priced and never crowded. The chicken dishes are great and you can choose from three, usually a Tandoori, Korma or Curry, and Masala. The Naan is light and flaky with a little crisp to it, and the various bean and paneer combinations provide ample reason to return. Add some pakora and your meal is complete. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the owner is a pleasure. A dining experience that can't be beat for lunch!
Great restaurant! I went with my husband and we absolutely loved the buffet. The food was good and it was great to be able to try out so many new foods at a reasonable price. We will definitely be going back in the future.
My husband and I tried Sizzling Bombay for the first time tonight and it was absolutely amazing. We were surprised that we got all of this food for the price. I got half a tandoori chicken for $9. He got the curry chicken for $14. Rice, Pompidoms and three different sauces were complimentary. Garlic Naan for $3.99.
We got 4 beers so the bill was $50 but without the beer it would have been $30. Everything was amazing and our waiter was amazing. Please go there.
First Indian resturant I've ever been to and I may have been missing out!
We are vegan and it's the reason why we wanted to try it out!
They have an actual vegan menu.
A lot of delicious flavor.
The lighting was dim and relaxing feeling.

In a small plaza.
Staff was very friendly.
Clean restaurant.
First time at this buffet and enjoyed our experience. Food was good many options and customer service was great! Will come here again
Flavor perfection! What a fantastic Saturday date night experience. Ambience is quietly pleasant with low distraction for a single room - no TV. Very nice adult beverage selection; the Taj Mahal lager was excellent and a cosmos expertly mixed. Started with aloo tikki, a handsome plate of unique Indian flavors enveloping an excellent (and most different) potato cake. For dinner, the lamb saagwala (heat 5) and shrimp masala were dreamy amazing. The preparation, flavors and presentation were impeccable. We enjoyed every bite! Staff super-friendly and hostess reads the room well for couples and family seating experiences. I will be back - often!
