Dunkin'

I go here 5 days a week and majority of the time they give me the wrong drink! I get the same drink daily. I called the manager to explain the situation and he said I need to specify that when placing my order I need to tell the employees I don’t want the up charge whether they ask me about it or not. The employees should be taught to ask if the customer wants extras instead of automatically taking it upon themselves to start adding on extras to someone’s order! I can careless about extra charges but absolutely hate whip cream and don’t want it in my drink and they don’t even offer to fix the problem. Poor management

I’m a high school student and grab Dunkin’ most days out of the week. I went in today and ordered three coffees, and mine came out incorrect with a label on it as a “butter pecan latte”. I tried to point this out to the lady in the drive thru who I normally have a good experience, and was told that it was the coffee I had ordered (an iced vanilla latte with almond milk). I asked for my receipt and decided to go inside to get my drink remade, but when I went inside I was greeted with “Oh no, they came inside” and was rudely told that this was the coffee I ordered despite the label on the cup being completely different from that of the receipt. On top of this, I am lactose intolerant and repeatedly asked if they had put almond milk in it and they told me yes. It was very clear that it was whole milk when the stomach ache set in. I’ve never had an experience like this here before but I don’t know if I’ll want to come back at this point. Please make sure you point out your food intolerances when going through this drive-thru, but on the same note they really do not care.

The lady in the drive thru tried to pass me off old coffee and swore it was fresh and refused to make another pot as if she’s the owner or something. This lady didn’t know how to give me a refund so she had to call her manager over. I totally understand that they are struggling and are watching every penny but it’s so pathetic passing off old coffee as if its fresh in a area with not a lot of traffic. I won’t be back! I heard it’s a Starbucks coming to Crete in the near future. Oh yeah, did I mention she refused to make a fresh pot. PLEAE BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY THEIR FRIENDS.

I get the same coffee every time I go to Dunkin’, a Medium Iced Coffee with Caramel Shot and Whole Milk… EVERY TIME I go there, it’s made completely different! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Nothing is more disappointing at 5am than yet again getting different tasting coffee! Don’t y’all have a thing telling how to make certain coffees or how many shots each size coffee gets unless the customer requests different???

Beecher store needs to find better help. Slow orders that are routinely wrong. Don't bother specifying how you like your coffee i.e. amounts of cream and sugar for example. They just do it "the regular way". Frozen coffees are always half liquid. If I want a GOOD cup of coffee hot or cold . I'll drive the 20 minutes to the Monee Dunkin.
