This is the worst mcdonalds in the state!! They should be shut down. Two drive thru's is too much for them. They will leave you sitting at a speaker while steadily taking orders from the other line. They can't cook either. I have called the franchise office twice to complain to no avail. See pics of my uncooked burger I got there. My new mission is to shut this place down.

I sat behind two other cars for 15 minutes while their order was being waited on to take. Eventually they came on the speaker and said they’re taking cash only that their system is down, so everybody basically drove off. The customer service is not Great as it took them 15 minutes to let the other card in front of me know if there was a problem with the system.

Each day, they get worse and worse and lazy, the lady manager in mornings is just rude. Raw bacon and frappe is an iced coffee, ice so big can't get thru the straw just terrible! They're so slow at getting food out and they just don't care! I recommend you drive a couple miles either way and pass the McDonald's in shively, on Dixie hwy not far from Thortons, and go to the next one! U will be so much more happier 💓 I promise! Thanks

The staff was great. They had just had a power outage with we got there. The drive thur kept us up today with the system coming back on. And plus my food was still hot and fresh.

This is an old McDonald's in serious need of a refurbishment. New hires are trying hard. Even so, the microwaved McMuffin still had cold cheese but, that's better than ice in the egg.

My husband goes every a.m. to the drive thru and gets breakfast. It’s always the same order, so today they gave us 2 oatmeal and the were covered in water. Who wants to eat it like that. The day before they gave us one that was a packet that was not made. , and no directions on how to fix it either.

Waited 25 minutes in curbside spot #2 for a mobile order untill I went around to the drivethru. When I got to the window I was pulled up and had to wait 20 more minutes till they brought my order out. If your people have a problem bringing food out to me, if its too cold, if it's raining, if yall don't like my face, whatever the case, then don't offer curb side!!

They constantly tell customers “they aren’t taking orders” in the middle of the day, if you go there at 10 even tho they close at 11 you’ll wait an hour just for them to tell you “sorry we close at 11” never have I seen a team of employees so lazy. It’s the ENTIRE STAFF. Fire them all
