The employees are busting it out the best they can with a Skelton crew. No air conditioning in the building the night I stopped in for Orange Cream Shakes and three people working. Waited in line for a long while, but that is to be expected with ordering any food and nothing anyone should be complaining about anymore. Hope the employees there are appraised and are given a monetary show of appreciation from the owners that they deserve for being dedicated enough to work through this stuff. They deserve it.

Look I know you guys can be behind or whatever but I waited at the speaker for AN HOUR!!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THAT. I HAD NO ONE IN LINE. YOU GUYS JUST KEPT SAYING ONE SECOND ONE SECOND. THERE WERE 4 OF YOU THERE I COUNTED. couldn't go inside either. You are a business not a break house. Ridiculous!!!! I was thinking the same about showing appreciation thinking they were needing help. No. They were lazy !!! I have worked fast food for years. Pathetic

This is now the WORST fast food place in Bedford by far. Used to be the best. Now randomly closed on a near daily basis. Please just close permanently so people won't waste their time driving there to discover you're closed in the middle of the day or evening or whenever you feel like it. Since the change in ownership, this location has been run into the ground.

Good food, fair prices, I like the new sandwich combos they have, I'm working on trying them all. But the beef and cheese is my favorite. Clean and great service.

I would steer clear of this Arby's. Waited 20 minutes just to get to speaker. (There was only 5 cars) Spent 5 minutes there before order was taken. Apparently they're only capable of one customer at a time. Because they took people's order then wait till they leave pickup window before taking next order. Btw.... dine in was closed, so only drive through.
On top of that they always overcharge. 7% tax on 8.78 is NOT 10.20!
Plus she didn't put sauce in bag.
Avoid this place. I will be.

Went thru drive thru after ordering waited 5 minutes behind vehicle that had large order move these large orders forward & bring out to them so line will move faster! It is suppose to be fast food! I had ordered 1 meal. My meal was barely warm bun soggy. I believe they had sandwich already made sitting there for how long who knows!also ,,fries tasted like oil was old! Waist of time & money!

Always horribly slow, why on earth does it take repeating an order 6 times for 3 items? Lines are always 30+ minutes wait, which should never be a thing if you aren't even doing indoor dining.
