We had a chance to eat lunch today at Apron Strings Diner and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! Such a unique decor, with a diversity of aprons on the windows and walls, road-map tabletop, old photos, and vintage Sinclair sign from our own Eureka. The people were friendly and helpful, and the food? My husband had the Sloppy Joe with friend potatoes, and I chose the taco salad, and both were fabulous! Hats off to Joyce and staff.

Absolutely amazing!! Breakfast was delicious! The strawberry stuffed french toast was stuffed with fresh strawberries!! The veggie omelette was delightful. Service was quick and mannerly and pleasant. Super adorable atmosphere. Great prices.
This was our 1st visit here, as our usual brunch place recently closed. We were sorry we had not been here sooner! What a gem! Loved the decor! Great service- my husband even got to request the coffee cup he used (he saw it on the shelf 😃)! The food was delicious- I loved my quiche. His breakfast skillet was HUGE and delicious!
I wasn't a big fan of the biscuits and gravy (I thought the biscuits were too dense with a flour type taste and the gravy was bland), but my husband liked it- we got a 1/2 order to share.
All in all we highly recommend and DEFINITELY have a new favorite brunch spot in Bedford! 🥰
My first visit, out standing service, food & atmosphere. Very friendly a must return visit. Can't wait to try out other menu options. The bacon was crisp to perfection as good if not better than what my grandmother use to make.
AMAZING food and great staff. Unfortunately not baby/toddler friendly as none of their high chairs have straps that work. But awesome otherwise!
Fantastic gravey!! Real neat local place with great food!! Fun experience and we will be back. We are from out of town and when we find a local place like this, it's totally awesome!!!
Feel like we found a gem! Very good food for great prices in a cozy atmosphere. Whenever we are near Bedford, we will be there.
