Having ate at the Mitchell location, I really wanted to try the original location here in Bedford. Upon entering the restaurant, we were told we could sit wherever we wanted. The restaurant was clean. We chose our table as the only patrons in the restaurant (11am). Waitress took our drink order. We received our drinks really quick. Placed our order around 11:07. During our wait for our order there were 2 carry outs that must have called ahead. We didn't receive our food until 11:40. Not impressed with the amount of time we had to wait. The breadsticks came first and unfortunately they didn't have the crispness that those at Mitchell have. They have a flaky crispy snap to those. These here in bedford were just a chewy dough. Flavor was still good. Cheese has a bit of spice. The pizza was a thinner crust (personal pan, pepperoni) dough had good flavor, sauce had good flavor. Cheese was a bit on the greasy side. Pepperoni had a nice spice to them. The crust of the pizza had that flaky, crispness that I so desired on those breadsticks. All in all the pizza was on point. Very good pizza. A tad greasy. Much to my disappointment the Waitress was nice. All the 1 star reviews suggest a rude customer service,  so I was kinda looking forward to that, unfortunately she was pleasant. Better luck next time I suppose. Pros: Really good pizza. Fantastic crust. Fair price. Nice waitstaff. Cons: Doughy breadsticks (need the same snap the pizza crust has), longer than expected wait for food, nice waitstaff. All in all it was a great experience. I love the dated feel of this restaurant, nice big windows,  excellent pizza. Check them out if you havent yet. It's definitely worth it.

We are new to the neighborhood and the kids were excited that we now live literally 900 feet from a small business pizza shop. My husband’s Stromboli was good but the pizza and breadsticks were okay. The worse part is that there isn’t any parking except across the street. My husband made the mistake of parking in the delivery driver spot. The delivery driver came to the counter and literally yelled at my husband for parking there. It was embarrassing. The poor counter girl kept apologizing for the driver’s rude behavior. It could have been handled so much better. That being said, I am a handicapped person and that delivery driver spot would be the only handicapped accessible spot if I were picking up our order. Crossing the street would be not great for me. I’m not even sure they are compliant with federal handicap laws and the delivery driver could have made a concession not knowing our circumstances as there were more than one delivery driver spot to park in and we were only picking up and would have been gone in less than 5 minutes. We’ll never support this overpriced , awful food, and rude service again. Plus they are not friendly to the handicapped which only gives me more reason to not eat there again.
