Burger Street

I’ve eaten at Burger Street dozens and dozens of times over the years. The food has always been five star and the service as well. I ordered food here yesterday (6-13-2022), again the food was five star, but the service was a 0. The girl taking my order was just unfriendly, nasty, with an evil look on her face. It was a really strange experience. I’m sorry but food quality isn’t the only thing that counts, service counts too. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore, and I can make my own hamburgers at home. Burger Street lost a customer. I’m never going back. I expect pleasant service when I’m spending my hard earned dollars.

Ordered on Uber Eats a junior cheeseburger with no mayo, no lettuce and a bacon cheeseburger with no mayo and no lettuce, seasoned fries and sweet potato fry. Order was completely jacked up when delivered. No fries like I ordered and an extra burger. No details to what we wanted on our burger. No cheese as we ordered. When you call their number, it says voicemail is full and you can’t call to complain. We will never order from them again. No attention to detail.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and when I pulled up to the window (7 minutes from the box to the window time frame) I paid and received my receipt. Two second after I was asked for my receipt and then was told the move to the door because we has to wait for the chicken. 15 minutes later I walk up to the window and ask about my order and was rudely informed that it takes 7 minutes for a chicken to be fully cooked. I didn’t want to argue and was received my food and drove home. When I get home I opened my box and this is what I get! You have to be kidding me! This is the chicken! What a joke. And to top it off bacon was burned. And what happen to the cheese it is to come on the sandwich!? I Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
