Ruby Tuesday

This place was disgusting, not only was the service terrible, but we had one wrong order and one badly cooked order. Then, having received the incorrect order, the waitress proceeded to inform me she didn't know what I ordered was on the menu. When I ordered, she told me that what I ordered was an "upsale", which I knew and wanted. My partner's meal, chicken fingers and fries, was way overcooked, dry and very salty. We didn't bother sending the meal back as we weren't confident a new meal would be any better. Total lack of responsibility, on the waitresses side when I told her of the mix-up in my order. All of a sudden she "didn't know" the menu had been changed even though she was the one who pointed out the change in the first place (the upsale). To make matters even worse she was training a new person! We had had luck at another Ruby Tuesday's a few years ago, sadly this time we were VERY dissatisfied. We won't be going a third time.

The restaurant at this location was not welcoming. We waited for few mins after entering the door and no one even greeted or asked for table. After long wait someone came and showed our table. The table was towards the end of the restaurant and very dark. We requested for changing our table. The associate was not happy with that request and finally changed our table. That table was cleaned few mins back and it was still wet. Overall a disgusting experience. Food was so so and salty. Also the food is pricy compared to the quantity. The server was good and checked on us multiple times. My 2 star is only for her attitude and professionalism.
