Subway

I coach a large team and we needed about 30 sandwiches kind of last minute for dinner. Manager Jade was incredible and very accommodating!! When we came in, everything was ready for us. What could’ve been a really stressful trip was absolutely seamless. The food was fresh and tasty, the employees were kind, and it couldn’t have been easier! So thankful for the folks here.

Yesterday 7/28 tried to order on the app. Then got an error. No clue why. So I went to the door. I see this sign in the door" No bread for 45 Minutes , Staff" no clue when the sign was posted ,no time ,no date. I go to the door its locked. One of us wanted a bowl that contained no bread. This was a lack of customer service 😐

My bread was so flat, thin, and undercooked (or underproofed). I couldn't eat the sandwich because I couldn't pick it up. The employees were incompetent. One clocked in early and never took his hoodie off, they were unable to understand "light lettuce" or "light mustard, like just one line across". My kids sandwiches were a mess because there was mustard everywhere. They began, at 5:20pm, stacking chairs and tables so they could mop. I didn't want to sit around while they mopped with my family eating. I've never had a problem until tonight. I won't be going back to that one and I will be taking it up with the manager as soon as I can. Wasted a whole footlong.

Normally I love subway. The lettuce was not appealing. So I got spinach. Also the vinegar couldn't be put on my sandwhich any longer, said they would give packets, did not receive packets. I tried to place the order on the app so I could get the buy one get one half off deal but I couldn't get it to work correctly and the store had no way to honor the deal.

This subway was excellent. Order from another subway at 3360 Pentagon Blvd They were closed when I tried to get my order I did on line before 9:00pm my order was ready 8:25 and they were closed. This one fixed my order without any hesitation. The young man was very nice and texted the manager to make sure oui t was ok to fix my order since I already paid for it. 2ill be back
