El Toro Bar And Grill

On our way to Indiana, four d it. This place was very busy place on a Friday. Good to see people could hand out a bar too.... That made food a little late to our table. Fried chicken salad was not what we thought it will be. Steak tacos were authentic. With corn double tortillas. I believe it is a chain in OH and petty decent like many in IN. Thanks.

We were seated at 7pm. Parking lot was a little busy but there were plenty of open tables. We waited 15 minutes for our waiter to take our order and another half hour waiting for our food to come out. Not once were we told sorry for the wait. Had to ask for refills. Finished the guacamole and 2 things of salsa waiting on our food. I love El toro but this was the slowest service I have ever experienced. We picked El toro because generally we get in and out.

Jessica is an amazing asset to El Toro! I went in and asked for a cocktail that is not on the menu, she was not only happy to accommodate my request, she went above and beyond! The cocktail surpassed the ones I used to get in Mexico! My family has been going to El Toro across from the Greene for years and hosted several events there due to the fabulous customer service. I will definitely be frequenting the N. Fairfield location more often to enjoy the "Jessilada"! Jessica, many thanks again for brightening my day! Keep up the great work mija🙂!
