WORST service we have ever had. Waited in drive through line and no one ever took our order so we went to a bay… Still no one took our order. Went inside and asked if they were open and they said " we are just back up right now". Offered no apology. There were a total of 4 cars there. One of the cars had done the exact same thing as us- waited in a bay then went to drive through.

Used the order ahead app and when I arrived they didn't have any strawberries for my drink. They refunded the cost of the drink since I didn't get it, I received my blt sandwich I ordered with no lettuce and when I opened it there was just bacon. The car hop informed me that the cook told him they were out of tomatoes. This is a regular occurrence at this Sonic location. I left with nothing to drink or eat. Bad business.

Original visit was horriffic. Special ordered burgers were butchered. Ordered 4 double burgers...1 dressed, 1 just must., Ketc., And cheese, & 2 plain w/cheese. Got 4 with half a whole onion a piece. And burned to a crisp. Also took 20 min to get. BUT... regional Mgr. Fixed it....4 days later we called and he fixed the order again for free... apologized profusely....and promised better service from there on.

We just moved here from eastern ky. And this is by far the worst sonic we have ever ate at! We ordered the toasters and the bread was no where near toasted and the fries where very cold and not even a fill order! I've worked at sonic in London ky and we NEVER would serve food the like This! We tried it once before and thought maybe it was a bad day so we decided to try it again tonight and again we where VERY unhappy 😐 not worth the money at all!!!

They have the best ice in town! When the ice melts u never have the flakes or floaty black stuff in the water, just great tasting water! It never lasts long I love the ice, peanutbutter milk shakes, and extra long philly's oh and I do love me some "Tracey" on Drive thru! Great job guys! I love the really big dark haired guy cause Tracey trained him too!

We waited 15 minutes for them to take our order, when they finally did, we waited an HOUR and still didnt get food. We ordered AGAIN and when they finally brought us food, it wasnt right. I called the manager and she hung up on me.

Cant beat half price drinks/ slushies.(happy hour) Especially when it's this hot. Order online using their app and so far the drinks and slushies are half price regardless of what time.

Got a corndog, haven't had one in a long time. It was good,even tho a bit uncooked. The cornbread could have cooked a few minutes more.
