Pizza Hut

Customer service is always Great at the Beaver Dam, KY store. I quit ordering from Pizza Hut for a while because their crust was always under cooked at the Beaver Dam store. I also had a bad experience at one of the Owensboro, Ky stores a while back. The customer service was bad at the Carry-Out store on several occasions: especially when I pre-ordered a pizza online. They said they did not get the order even though it was prepaid an hour earlier. They where very rude about the situation. However, I order the thin crispy crust at the Beaver Dam, KY store and it was not under baked like the hand tossed is when I have ordered it from that store. Their Customer service ranks, but you also want your food cooked correctly. Thank you.

One of our pizzas had few toppings on it. The toppings were mainly in the center. The other pizza was made incorrectly and it had to be remade. We had a carry out so the incorrect made pizza caused a second trip to the restaurant to pick it up. On line stated "ANY LARGE PIZZA $13.99" , however it did not state that it was only up to 5 toppings for $13.99. Every topping after 5 toppings was an additional $2.00 each. We normally are very pleased with Pizza Hut.
