Applebee's

Terrible food and service. We left more food on the table than we ate. When we asked to speak to a manager, our waitress said she was also the bartender and the manager. We were there over an hour and a half and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Restrooms were not cleaned today (Saturday) as of 7pm and should have been done 3x per the schedule posted. I hope someone reads this post before they step into this disaster. Run Forrest Run!!

This should be a zero stars. How is this place still in business? Terrible reviews for years. Some things never change. We were seated right away because there was hardly anyone there. She took our drink order, and after 30 minutes with no drinks, we left. Went to Park Avenue Sports Cafe and had a great meal and excellent service. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere

There was hardly anyone there took over an hour to get the food and the steak wasn't done. The waiter took the plate back to the kitchen removed the steak and brought the sides back out, by the time the steak was done there was no sides to go with it. The waiter never checked on us and we had to keep calling for her to come back. I wouldn't have even gave 1 star to this location.

Was told 15 minute wait, after waiting 55 minutes, I expressed frustration with the wait. I was told by the bartender “well if you don’t want to wait anymore you can leave.” I said how much longer?? And she said another 20-30 minutes. Do not tell people a 15 minute wait and have them sit on a bench for an hour and not even apologize or update them! The place was dead!!!!! There was more people waiting to eat (9) than there were sitting at tables and the bar. Someone could’ve at least came and said sorry for the delay, just want you to know it’s going to be xxx longer. But I had to seek out the bartender to find out what was going on! Went to park avenue cafe and was seated and served immediately.

Terrible customer service. Idk why the hell it would take over 30 minutes to bring us fries and a salad. Had to chase the girl down to get my correct sauce because she never bothered to ask if we needed anything else. Just dumped our food and dipped. Asked for refill of drinks and server just stared at us and walked away. She made the refills but how about a simple okay like acknowledgement is part of customer service. It was the worst service I’ve ever had. Servers name was Kelly and if I went there again to eat Or drink and she was waiting on me, I would leave.

The place was not busy at all! The hostess actually said there may be a wait fir silverware. They had 2 drink specials for 5.00 each. There was 6 of us and we ordered the special drinks on they said they couldn't make it blended the other was unavailable because they didn't have the ingredients. Asked if I could choose a different drink for $5.00 since it was on menu and was offered no could not do that, took forever to get drinks even water. Food was okay but customer service awful! Would never go to that restaurant again!!
