Taco Bell

I happened to be in the area on business today and hadn't had breakfast so I stopped by this establishment. I ordered my food and noticed I had been charged an extra $0.10. So not a huge amount of money but I am not interested in paying more money for anything than I need to. When I mentioned the error to the employee they stated "it is 70 cents extra for steak" my response "sure, the board out here reads $5.99 for the steak combo meal and it looks like it is about $6.10" then radio silence, she said nothing back. I wait for approximately 2 minutes then she says "well are you going to order anything else". I said no and again not receiving any response I pull forward just in time to hear the employees talking about me to the tune of "omg is it really going to break her to spend an extra twenty cents? It's only twenty cents! Just pay the money!" I immediately told the employee at a normal volume I was no longer interested in their food but she didn't hear me because the window was closed, this tells me she was yelling with her comments. Once she opened the window I informed her I heard her speaking poorly about me and I no longer wanted food there. The thing is if she had said something like "we increased our prices and haven't updated the board" I would.have been totally cool with it and understanding but instead this woman thinks it is her right to charge what she wants to make the corporation richer and the customer is wrong. The way she was talking was really uncalled for and easily could have been dealt with in a different manner should she have taken just a moment to understand from someone else's perspective. Needless to say, I won't be frequenting this establishment again.

I love taco bell, but I've had some bad experiences here lately. Last night I came to the drive through, granted it was 6 mins before close and was refused service. She told me they close at 11 and I mentioned it wasn't 11 yet. She refused service. Then it happened again tonight even though I was 30 mins before close.

I have always had a great experience here and it has always been a very nice restaurant, with excellent customer service, delicious food, nice decor, and a clean environment. My 13 year old autistic son and I visited this restaurant in Beaver Dam, Thursday, April 21st, 2022 at dinner time, about 5 p.m. and we had an excellent time, and it was alot of fun as well. We had the most respectful and sweet young man serve us, and when my my son ran out of money, this young man went above and beyond his customer service duty and paid a $1.75 for my son's Cinnabon Delights, thank you again, from the bottom of our heart's, that warmed our heart's and our stomachs and we wish to forward our gratitude to Taco Bell for helping disabled people with a little ray of sunshine, thank you so much again !!!! 🤩💖🌞😎 We also bought our dinner, which was 2 boxes for $5., they were the : Chalupa Cravings boxes, that comes with 1 Dorito shell taco, 1 burrito, and 1 bag of nachos with nacho cheese along with a beverage soda of your choice. We bought the cinnamon twist chirro's, and Cinnabon Delights separately and they were excellent !!!! :) The restaurant was clean in the dining area and outdoor areas. We had a great dinner for a great price and it was absolutely fantastic !!!! 🤩💖
