I don’t understand why it is so hard to follow directions. Spicy Chicking - Spicy sauce, NO MAYONNAISE AND PICKLES. They forgot the spicy sauce and had put on mayonnaise and pickles. Teach your employees how to do 123 ABC because they can’t even do that. Disgusting. I’ll gladly take my service elsewhere and highly do not recommend this Burger King location.

This was the worst service I have ever had. My order was not correct and told me I had to drive around the drive thur again to order what I didn’t get. I could not just order from the window. I have never heard of that . They manager along with a male employee were unprofessional with yelling, swearing and name calling. No matter what the situation is, the employees should be professional. I gave back my food and got my money but will never go there again. The employees should be fired for their action. This happened at the Burger King location in Beaver Dam, WI on July 12 around 7 pm.

My kids love their burgers and chicken nuggets, but service has always left something to be desired. No doubt due to lack of training. Tonight took the cake, however, and it wasn't even the young staff, but the manager/owner. Extremely rude.

Other than a short wait, you would never have known that there were only two employees running the place when we were there. Kudos to you guys! BTW, the Whopper was quite tasty 🍔

I always love a Whopper meal and their fries are so much better than the #1 chain. If you use a coupon or the app you can get the full Whopper meal for $5 and I don't know any other deal that good. Good eats!

So according to their big electric sign, it says that the dining room is open, however it is not apparently open on sundays. Can't tell unless you go right up to the door and give a yank. You're better off going to Arby's or Wendy's at least you know THEY'RE open

False advertising, door is locked and you can't go inside. When I phoned the restaurant, I was told the sign was on 24hrs and to call corporate office if I had a complaint.

Cold fries, spicy ch'king sandwich was pretty cold and barely edible. Only good part was the drink. Judging by all the other negative reviews, and my experience today, sounds like this location really needs to get its act together
