I know it's fast food, but does it have to come raw? Do not recommend. The guy at the first window seamed very out of it and then we received uncooked food. Just hop across the street to Burger King or Arbys instead.

I literally asked for 4 JR. Cheeseburgers ONLY MAYO, the receipt says the same thing. But please someone tell me why there is more on the burgers than I asked for!?? I didn't want the rabbit food but yet I get it. Waste of food. It's not that hard to read or is it anymore.

It's unfortunate I have to post this but, after today, we will not be back. Now here's what REALLY ruined it for us... My husband went to use the restroom before we left. The short cook working the back was in using the bathroom as well... The cook ..DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS.. and went right out and started touching all the fryers and food in that area. My husband and I both immediately felt sick to our stomach after that. The bathrooms were in disgusting condition as well... No excuse for a newly remodeled place, let alone in general. Won't be surprised if people are getting sick after that. That's just disgusting...

The middle to late aged woman in the drive thru is absolutely amazing! However, the time it's been taking to get food is long, we were waiting 20 minutes the last time. Our food was correct but 2 cars ahead of me were both wrong.

Tried picking up a dash order they tell me they don't have it. I ask my customer to call and confirm whether they have it yet or not and they tell my customer that no one has come to pick it up! Not to mention the fact that whether there are NO customers or a small line of customers you will ALWAYS wait. I'm not sure if it's just the night crew or if this is all day every day but I recommend going to Culver's or toppers tap (or literally anywhere else that sells burgers fries and nuggets) for your dinner!

Went to Wendy's drive thru tonight, and I just got home opened my bag to this. I order a LARGE fry and this is all they put in there? Ridiculous

I’ve gone to this restaurant five times since I moved back to Beaver Dam in the last six months and every single time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Not just kind of wrong, but totally wrong. I am never going back. I love the fast food chain known as Wendy’s, but this place does not deserve to be here. Don’t ever come here because you will not get what you ordered, ever. What a waste of time

Pulled into drive thru about 655 am one car ahead of me at speaker after 5 minutes with no one coming on the speaker he gave up. I then pulled up and waited till about 705 am couldn’t get anyone to answer the drive thru speaker so had to give up trying.There were 3 cars parked in the lot so someone should of been able to answer the speaker. Unfortunately dining room is closed so that wasn’t an option. Was looking forward to there breakfast sandwich but it will be a long time before I try this Wendy’s again.
