This is absolutely unacceptable Wendy's. First I had to wait 10 mins for a fresh batch of fries with no salt (the only thing I ordered) then you had the audacity to bring it out to me half full. For almost 5 dollars this is absurd!!!

It is always such a great place to be in around and enjoy. The ambiance is always set to chill, the employees as well as the customers just make you feel like you are home. Never had an ugly or less than great experience. But you guys keep doing what you are doing, because indeed you are doing it well. Thank you so much for all the great service and help yes yes

The sandwich taste good, although, part of my bun was missing and the cheese wasn't melted like the picture. 😁
I was impressed with the cashier, she was prpfessional, polite, and knowledgeable.

Walked in to get a frosty. There was nobody in the dining room and 1 car in the drive thru. I was told they would be with me in a moment by the manager 3 times in about 10 minutes. So I went to Burger King instead. Their service sucks and their staff are rude. Not one member of the staff acknowledged me besides the manager telling me she would be with me in a moment.
Horrible experience I'd avoid this place if possible.

Nice location and the staff very professional and friendly.
BUT....This is my 4th visit in this location and noticed that scanner attached to the register is out of service for 2 weeks.
They got all the banners and flyers all over the place but you use your app unfortunately the "scanner " doesn't work.
Manger, staff offering free cookies, large soda...NOT INTRESTED.
Very disappointed in Wendy's regional management for not helping their stores who has similar problems.
I travel 3-4 trips a week on the road for business between Las Vegas and N. California and I only stop just to take a break and Wendy's happened to be the place.

I have no idea how this place has a 4 star rating! First they put two frosty in my order only needed one. Then I got a child’s cheeseburger but no nuggets went back for for the nuggets. Now I find out that I paid for a 10.59 bourbon burger meal and didn’t receive that either. What I did get was 2 chili bowls! At least I have my receipt to prove what I ordered!! I will be going back tomorrow and asking for a complete refund!

So gross. Super unhappy employees. My question is, why did I and my wife start throwing up 30 minutes later after taking a couple of bites of a burger that didn't taste well. Thankfully we only took a few bites and threw it away or else I feel our night would have been much worse. I didn't expect this from a popular fast food. I kinda of knew it was bad when our frosty wasn't frosty.
