When you order through doordash or grubhub these people don't know what they are doing. Confermation is sent to your phone and driver but they act like they never got it(though oddly she told me what I had ordered if she never got it) They don;t call and tell you, they wait about 30 to 45 and do nothing, if you call they cancel it, if you call again even the next day on a new order they just don't pick up, It's the manager, she isn't trained in the system and so the employees aren't trained. She needs to go to sonic school or step down for another manager

Today is 10-22-22 at 6:50pm. Came in for our normal Sonic order but typically go to a store in Lumberton but will from now on make the trip. We (2 adults 1 child) paid around $30 and had about a 15 minute wait but EVERYTHING was fresh, perfectly portioned and seasoned, and hot and ready to eat. The drinks were delicious and the strawberries were fresh. Absolutely amazing service and food highly recommend this spot!

Very good food, end excellent drinks. Either use the app or go during happy hour to get half price drinks.
Service was slower than usual; they seemed short staffed, which is universal right now.
