Had breakfast for lunch at Lake Ave Cafe today. The eggs were over easy just right. Homemade grainy bread was delicious. And the thick slice bacon leant the salty accent flavor. Great coffee too!

Great little spot with a simple classic menu and tasteful daily specials. Owners were friendly and helpful, even though I spent my entire stay on a conference call...they were very understanding and accommodating!
I had a classic ham and cheese sandwich and some vegetable beef soup. Both were great!
Coffee was served in a big mug and in true cafe/diner style, I never saw the bottom of my cup :-)
We will be back!

Great service, delicious food, and fun atmosphere! The gravy on the breakfast bowl (pictured) was amazing, and the bread was really good bakery bread.

awesome place! despite the cook being the only person working when we went, he had me and my friend's order out within like 5 minutes of ordering. highly recommend the eggs benedict and hashbrowns, it has the right amount of saltiness and the hashbrowns are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is the best way to have them. wonderful service and yummy food!

Delicious pancakes & eggs! Omelet was Tasty. Service was friendly & efficient. Great place for breakfast or lunch. Always feel welcomed. Hot tea selection included whole line of decaffeinated Teas - was just my cup.
