Taco Bell

Don't bother going past the time the sun sets. For some reason this place cannot handle a drive thru line efficiently at all. Not only that, but they're out of their drinks more than half the time you go and the food is below par considering they routinely make you wait 5-10 minutes in a FAST FOOD line. The gas you waste in this line is not worth their food.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE, trust me. READ BELOW FOR HEALTH VIOLATION 100%. I am an LSU student and visited this Taco Bell recently and ordered a steak burrito. More than half way through eating the food I found a hard plastic object in the middle, rolled up into my burrito. After taking it out I realized it was some kind of detached handle or knob. its almost 2 inches across (look at the pictures) I immediately contacted corporate within the next day and eventually spoke with the man who runs the location. HE DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I told him I wanted something to be done to make sure it wouldn't happen to anyone else. I HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED MY MONEY FOR THE FOOD, he did not even give me an explanation for how it happened AND I was sent a "letter" from them that said they were sorry that I "FELT LIKE I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE". I have pictures, proof of purchase with the receipt and STILL have the object and they won't take responsibility. AGAIN, DO NOT EAT HERE. If something this huge can make its way into my food IMAGINE what else can. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Only giving 2 stars because the cashier was sweet and they gave us all of the mistake food (which my boyfriend appreciated). I always order through the mobile app because I worked as a manager at a Taco Bell for 5 years and learned quickly that it was much easier to read someone's order that they rung up themselves and paid for rather than have an extended interaction with them at the window (our store was all about speed). I got my order, and they gave me a fiery Dorito shell instead of a nacho cheese shell in my cheesy gordita crunch. I double-checked my receipt to make sure I didn't ring it up wrong (because if I did that's my bad, I'm not gonna make them re-make something that was my fault). Sure enough it was right on my receipt (as well as the rest of my order). They remade it and gave me a nacho cheese shell but did not leave out the ingredients I requested to be left out. They remade it again and decided not to melt the three cheese on my gordita crunch...not that big a deal because I just melted it myself in the microwave but still. Goodness gracious it is not that difficult to just read the order I rung up especially when I am the only customer in the store. Even once I finally got the right items they were so poorly made I can't believe they sent it out like this (see pictures). Like I said, the cashier was super sweet so I was never irritated with them, mistakes happen, but I'm just warning others triple-check your order!
