I'm not giving a 1 star rating because I have been to this location before and didn't have a bad experience, but today (6/26/22) was different. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a rude employee who told me that she was "not doing this today"...as in she was not going to work. She was cleaning the restaurant as if she was about to close up, complained about being the only worker in the restaurant and having nothing prepped to be able to serve customers though they had been functioning all day. I was confused. It was about 5:00 pm on a Sunday and the closing time is 9:00 pm (these are not busy hours). There were no other customers there and there was food out.
She preceded to get on a personal phone call complaining, cursing, and moving about the restaurant ignoring the fact that I was there waiting to ask a question for clarification. Two other people were about to come in and she loudly proclaimed that she was about to lock the doors even though she knew she wasn't suppose to. She redirects them out of the restaurant, I leave and then she locks the doors. Super unprofessional and horrible customers service.
I proceeded go to another Subway about 6 mins away, which also had ONE worker, and had a very pleasant experience. Needless to say this location is no longer reliable for even a decent customer service experience and though I live by it, I don't see myself coming here again.

The meat here was very old. Will was very rude to me. He actually looked like he was high on something. The owner needs to have a talk with him about taking a bath. Please drive to another Subway. This place is so nasty.

The middle aged white man was very rude to me and seemed to be dissatisfied with his job. He walked up to me and didn’t greet me, hardly acknowledged me. I started the conversation by asking a question. I asked if he could make a sandwich for me a special way. But instead of him telling me that they aren’t allowed to do such, he chose to give snide remarks to start an argument. He went back and forward with me for a bit because he didn’t think that there was any logic behind my request. He reconciled since I didn’t react the way he may have wanted me to. He eventually apologized but complained to me that his frustration was with the higher up management. Which is fine, but please don’t take your anger out on customers. I have been to this location before, this is my first time encountering a rude employee.

I walked in and before even being greeted the lady said “we is out of bread” with an ugly attitude. Those employees are ratchet. Will never go back

The staff was preoccupied with other things not involving their job. The lady who made the order was extremely rude and impatient. She continued to roll her eyes and was very unprofessional in the way she spoke to the customers.

They will now refuse service if you don’t have a mask but they have a piece of plywood for a front door… they have their priorities backwards.

There were two worker's in the shop one was taking care a customers the was just standing offer no service 🙄at all I walked out sad
