Ordered for pickup in store, received message order ready. When I got there Lobby was closed and staff made us go through dive through. Drive through was a 35 minute wait. Food was a total disaster. Half was cold (burritos) wrap bas burnt black, and order missing cinnamon twists.

By far the worst taco bell I've ever been to! Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and got basically nothing but shell. Asked to have it fixed and they just gave me a cup of sauce! Horrible service!

Was told their "systems were down" like several others on here, but they somehow seemed to be aware of my mobile order. Waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes before deciding it wasn't worth anymore of my time. Never received my food. Don't waste your time.

So we got our food correctly which is why I'm giving two stars. I have a restricted diet and while fast food is largely off the table for me, being able to replace meat with black beans - it's not the best option but in a pinch it works. So to do the black bean swap you have to order on the app, which I did then proceeded to get in the drive through, where the lady in front of me sat in the drive through blank faced for 10 minutes,. literally 10 minutes, so I decide to go inside... Big mistake. The manager is walking around on the phone, drive through worker was doing her nails, and the line cook was at least putting some things together. 5 minutes go by and they notice me, 5 more minutes go by before I'm acknowledged, then 10 more minutes go by before I get my food. I could have cooked my food by now. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this location.

Just spent 10 minutes in line, no one taking orders. Its 9:50 on a Saturday and just saw one of the workers get in his car and leave. Another guy taking out the trash. I don’t have high expectations from Taco Bell but this was pathetic.
