Wingstop

This is one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. I ordered online and it said pickup would be in 16-21 minutes. I showed up at the 20 minute mark, and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. The staff there barely acknowledged me, didn't communicate that it would be late, etc. When I got back to my office and opened up the bag, the wings I ordered with dry rub parmesan garlic flavor were seasoned only with SPRINKLE PARMESEAN CHEESE! They were disgusting. Plus, they only gave 7 when it was an order of 8. Disappointing is an understatement. Don't bother wasting your time or money going here!

Wish I could give them no stars but I always order from here and now it’s getting out of hand.. I’ll call and they’ll place my call on hold immediately! Then take no orders when I did come after 10:45p when the store clearly close @midnight. Then when I arrive they lie and says they computers ARE DOWN like just absurd business!! The famous saying when you order after 10:30p it’s like they say WE NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS OR WE CAN’T TAKE NO ORDERS PLEASE SOMEONE CHANGE THE WHOLE CREW AND MAKE SURE THEY PROFESSIONAL!!

Lady at the front that is a bit heavy with glasses and ginger hair is very rude. I sat and waited on my order and as other customers were coming in, she was telling them they were busy and could only do online, even though they were not that busy. She talked to a customer on the phone with an attitude about a refund that she said couldn’t be done

I have been to the one other store in Baton Rouge - on Florida Blvd ... service was good. The Sherwood Forest location left a lot to be desired. I ordered online ... it said 16 - 20 minutes before ready. Left my home after 15 minutes for the 5 minute drive. Waited in line 5 minutes to announce my arrival and pay. Waited another 20 minutes ... The person who was in line behind me placed their order in the store and was called before me to get their completed order. This was disturbing to me. I called out my name to them ... they then called out the names of at least 7 customers whose orders were already completed and waiting, including mine. There was no order receipt attached to the bag ... with customer name and contents. I watched them give give the wrong orders to customers and then have to retrieve the orders and give to the correct customer. When I got my bag ... with no detail attached; I went to a table to inventory before I left. I had to request a drink cup for the order I placed because one was not given when I was presented with my "completed" order. The same happened to another customer as well. This was truly a frustrating outing for me. The store has tremendous operational inefficiencies. I will use the other location - a couple of miles further - in the future.

The wings are pretty good at a fair price. The service is inconsistent and if they are busy, then it’s just not gonna be easy to get in and pay for your wings easily! Their app does not allow you to pay online, therefore regardless of how you order, do you still must go through the process of checking out the conventional way.

I'm a dasher. I've never actually tried their food but they stay severely packed. The guys that work there have good personalities and do an awesome job of keeping things rolling!! I think they are severely over worked, under paid, and unappreciated for the things they do! Yall keep up the great work!
