Haley was one of the top wait staff we’ve ever experienced. She did not steer us wrong once. I kept saying, “this is the best pollo loco ever!” The Daiquiris we’re large and tasty.

What can I say but WOW!!! Finding great Mexican food is a passtime of mine. Being from Texas I am a little snobby about my tex-mex and mexican food. I'm so glad we decided to try this new place out!! From the moment you walk in they make you feel very welcome and at home! Our waiter was very friendly, young and a little shy, but very attentive. Several staff checked on us throughout our dinner to see if we were ok or needed anything. LOVE THIS! I asked about a couple of items on the menu and while the server didn't know he was quick to get my question answered. The house margarita is spectacular! Not like the normal watered down house ones you get elsewhere. We didn't wait long for dinner at all. And the food was great!! I love that they don't overload it with cheese, common mistake. In fact, I had to ask for a little bit of sprinkle cheese on top of my burrito (and they happily obliged with just the right amount) The meat was super tasty, great portion. The spanish rice is AMAZING! I would go back just for this!! I dare to say no one in this city serves it like this (or at least not that I've found). The fajitas were pretty good, though the steak was a little overcooked and flavorless for us. But I'm sure that can be fixed if asked. And again....I love that they didn't do the common mistake of serving it with shredded chedder (or any other inappropriate) cheese. there are so many other options I'd love to try on their menu. I could see the other dishes being served and am anxious to try those as well! This definitely is NOT the standard Tex-Mex, definitely more authentic Mexican. I asked for another margarita as we were getting the check. Our server asked if I wanted it to go, seeing that we were done eating. I keep forgetting where I moved to and that that is an option! WHY YESSSSSSS was my reply! It was brought quickly, all sealed up and ready for me to enjoy at home! This place has raised the bar on Mexican dining in Baton Rouge! They are doing it right! From the impeccable service to the stellar food! This Texas girl is very thankful for their efforts to bring great food to us

Oh lord, the margaritas are huge! But the alcohol content is ok, so If you have to go back to work you can order the medium one. I got the fajita bowl and the meat was good, but it was too oily; my friend got the enchiladas di mole and they were amazing.

This was a place we stopped by on our way to florida. Great service and food! Would definitely stop by here again.

If you had 10 stars I would give it 11! This place is THE place to have a wonderful lunch or dinner! The atmosphere is wonderful. The wait staff is supreme, especially Zack! The owners are always on top of things. When I lived near there I would go every week. Since I moved to Walker I go when I can and it is worth the drive. Price is exceptional compared to the quality of the food. Management is quick to spot issues and correct them.
