Mcdonald's

Did not appreciate the rudeness the people in the front were giving to the military soldiers when. Asked for the sauces that were previously asked when the order was taken at first. Then the service member was ignored when asked for the sauces napkins and straws. I look at it like this if you don't like customer service leave your job for something else. Since you're that rude to service members then you must be rude to other customers at well. Then on the other side of the store, the workers were upset to just be a little busy at 10:30-11am? Seriously? The body language on the workers and attitude along with rudeness is very unprofessional to any customer. I'm sure if those workers were treated that way, they would have a fit and put it all over social media. Treat people the way you want to be treat.

I know times are hard for restaurants and finding and keeping staff is a problem but this place at least on my visit was ridiculous. The restaurant itself is pretty clean but the staff is laughable. When I got in line there were two girls at the register and they were chatting up the cashier while ordering. And chatting and chatting and chatting chatting so much the girls from Subway came over and then all of them started chatting while there were six people in line. While standing around waiting to eventually get my order taken I noticed one young lady going around sweeping up the place. When she finishes sweeping she walks to the sink next to the fry area and proceeded to put some water on her hands and then dry them off. Maybe it's antibacterial water. She then immediately proceeded to start working on people's orders and playing with the fries. I was able to order and had to sit around and wait for a while for my one sandwich to come out. About 4 minutes or so later they finally finished my burger and I was out of there. I left wishing a patron that had been standing there for 4 minutes waiting to even greeted and get his order taken while staff walked around in the back on their phones.

I wanna start by saying that this grenada is by far not my favorite McDonald's I have ever been to. One of the reasons being that their staff sometimes be rude while taking my order which doesn't really bother me till they start getting my food wrong which was a few times in the past. So I just stopped going which is sad because I actually like McDonald's especially for their frise. I LOVE MCDONALDS FRISE!!!!! However these people either make it to salty or not enough salt most of the time specifically at this location. However I do like their breakfast like the chicken mcgriddle and I want to try their breakfast burritos but I'm afraid of their food tasting blanned etc. I hope their services have gotten better since I have gone there.
