Slowest drive thru ever! 4 cars in front of me when I first pulled up and I waited 19 min before I placed my order and 4 min to get my food. Apparently they are short help. Don’t eat there unless you have all the time in the world.

Every time I come here something is broken. Last week it was computers and then fryers the next day. Today they have no soft drinks.
To me it seems like this would be a good place for someone to open a taco bell. consistent problems with this location and I love the brand sadly…

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: The cashier, David, was in the middle of taking our order which was a group of 4. After the first person was finished & he asked if that was all. We told him that I was next. He then proceeded to say “Nice” sarcastically and walked away into the kitchen. Very very rude and should not be allowed to work in the customer service industry

Spent 42$ and didn't get my full order..... I live 25 minutes away from town. Not happy at all. I ordered an 8 piece chicken family meal that came with 2 sides well I asked to add another side also and didn't get the side I added.

No ice for my drink, the fries were hard as a rock and clearly refried multiple times, tortillas were not warmed up, not folded properly, cheese wasn’t even melted. Probably the worst food I’ve ever had.

This location never opens on time. My wife loves the chicken. I've waited on multiple occasions but today I could only wait 20 minutes and had to leave. At least 5 cars also drive away. Hard to stay in business doing this.

When it is open, it was actually good again. The boxes has boxes and the tacos weren't mushy-bottomed. A pleasant surprise.
Tried to go back on Saturday at 11 pm and wasn't open. Went over to Greensburg's and got good service and good food as normal. That one looked fully staffed and the staff that were there seemed happy.
Hours of operation are not as posted on Google nor are they posted on the door.
