Chicken Express

We recently ate for the first time at Chicken Express in Bartlesville, OK and we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The chicken was excellent and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Aaron, the manager, ran a very efficient and proficient operation. The facility was extremely clean and in fact probably the cleanest and most welcoming fast food restaurant we have had the pleasure of eating in. Congratulations to Aaron and staff for a job well done.

4/22/22 (9:30pm) Extremely rude in drive thru, we(my family) could hear them cursing on the speaker because they had to drop more fish and chicken, and at the window after waiting 15 min they informed us they was just starting on our food, we asked for sauces and some food to be bagged separately, they asked us to pull forward and we received no sauce and had to search for the food we asked to be bagged separately. Definitely won't be back, 60$ + dollar's... last time!

First time customer, here! I was promptly greeted by Stephen in the drive-thru, who helped me place my order (remember– first time customer) as I was surprised by all the options (spicy or regular) for sides (fried okra) and bread (hush puppies?) YAY! I was then welcomed at the window by a smiling general manager who chatted pleasantly with me about how great Stephen is 👍, and then humored me by answering my questions about the franchise (yes, friends, this is a small business and these things matter to me) as he promptly served me my order. Portions were generous and everything was super-delicious! And there was a side of gravy in there, y’all! All in all, I was very satisfied and will be back! Additionally, building and grounds were new and immaculate. Thank you to the owners for investing in Bartlesville!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I love chicken Express and have tried to ignore the terrible service in the last year. Sadly I will not return. They have lazy rmanagment and workers who leave you waiting for an unnecessary length of time and often forget to give you all the food you ordered. It's obvious they hate their job.
