Chili's

My experience at Chili's restaurant is typically a very nice one . I can't say the same for my recent experience at the Bartlesville Oklahoma location. There was a short wait to be seated when we 1st arrived but that was no problem. Our server was very gracious and extremely polite when my family and I sat at the table . He took our drink orders and moments later another server delivered them to our table. My wife had then asked for some lemons for her water. The young man seemed annoyed as if he would of greatly appreciated knowing she wanted lemons before bringing it to the table. After retrieving the lemons my wife thanked the young man for bringing the lemons and his response was "yeah". From there it was an exceptionally long wait before we received our food. This was not a very busy night. There seem to be trouble in the kitchen because we could hear somebody shouting at the workers in the back. It was not something you really care to hear while trying to have a meal with your family. It was definitely an ugly disturbance.. Nevertheless, when our food arriveed it was hot and fresh and our original server continued with his great service. For the most part the food was great, but the other complications make this visit not one of the better ones.

Service was ok,they had half the restaurant closed off for lack of employee's. 3 of our 4 plates of food came out cold. Only the burger plate came out hot. The other 3 were the Cajun Pasta plates and were cold. Since we are from out of town I don't know if this is a regular thing or just an anomaly. If we are ever back in Bartlesville I don't think we will return
