Ribcrib Bbq

Like many I was staying at the local Hotel and yes I’m from Texas so we will naturally go eat BBQ (pls don’t judge me) be a Patty …. but I do love it :-) food was horrible no smoke rings has the impression that they did it use any wood of any kind - sloppy taste over cooked ribs they just dropped when I picked up the bone no smoke lines - - BBQ sauce was OK…I’m sure is not their own tasted acidic- I did like the Corona beer and the smoked beans - the servant SUNSHINE did a fantastic job asking if everything was ok but I just could not tell her how bad it was - she was very kind and helping just the front desk reception was super rude blond curly hair - when I walked in I had to say hello - she just ignored me and then I had to get her attend again for her to say hello back - a welcome to rib crib would be nice or I’ll be right with y’all - positive people make all the difference- will not go back suggest Dinks BBQ -this place needs more passion and love for the trade - also the suggested tips of 20% value is not 20% but 17.5% - 30.22$ ?? They are undercuting their staff
