U-mami Sushi

I have never given a bad review before, but my husband and I got takeout from here and they gave us rotten salad. I called them and they said since they came with the meals they wouldn’t give us a refund, even though we paid 17 dollars for three meals. they were not helpful on the phone at all! It makes me wonder about the quality of the other meals they are giving people. I definitely wouldn’t eat here again, I hope they can be better in the future, especially with costumer service

First off when it’s 90+ degrees outside maybe have the temperature inside of the restaurant a comfortable temperature rather than hot enough where people are still sweating while sitting there for over a half hour also maybe assign one server for table instead of having every server in the restaurant serve three tables at once.. the confusion and animosity was unreal between getting the wrong orders or not even getting what you order or waiting extremely long times to get a server to come to your needs also while at a sushi restaurant or Asian themed restaurant it’s kind of weird to hear Latino music coming from the kitchen I had to look around a few times and make sure that I was not in the local Mexican restaurant lol not sure if my wife had a reaction to something that she ate or if maybe something was bad who’s to say then when the server decides to take her own tip out of the cash given to pay the bill and only bring back six pennies that’s a little crazy also I thought that the customer is who gives the tip not the server just takes what they want we definitely will not be back

I enjoy the bourbon steak and the teriyaki chicken with rice but that's about it. I've ordered the calamari twice and unfortunately I don't want to pay eight bucks for seven pieces of over breaded calamari. My son loves the sushi rolls but the past few times they have had more veggies than normal. It's always fast service but feel rushed when there.
