Taco Bell

The fellows running the drive through at lunch are so friendly, helpful and fast! I've gone there twice during lunch (last week and today) and been the same guys both times. I should have gotten their names, but I was struggling with my order (I kept having to add items I forgot) and forgot. Anyway, high five to them for being so patient with my madness! I hope they get a bonus!

As a vegetarian I do not like the idea of having stray pieces of meat on my burrito. After waiting over an hour due to a faulty computer system I ordered over $70 worth of food for a large family. To my dismay, half of the food could not be eaten by me due pieces of meat being on the burritos. I am quite disappointed in this matter. This has happened before and I did not like the behavior of the upper management. I really wish you could separate the beans from the beef so this stops happening. I love burritos but you all always make this same mistake over and over again. Why even have a vegetarian menu if you cannot offer vegetarian products carefully? Please try to do better than this for us.

Don't buy gift cards from taco bell. I bought a gift card for $20 as a Christmas present for my girl friend. It won't work. Tried several times. I've contacted taco bell and played phone games for over an hour. I got nothing. I still have the receipt. They won't do anything. I'll never give them my business after that. $20 paperweight.
