Hometown Pizza

We actually frequent this restaurant often, but today we were seated and ignored for over 15 minutes. I have worked in the industry, so it takes quite a bit for me to walk out and leave. Today we were seated and waited patiently to be greeted. Other tables were seated after us, and not only were they greeted before us, several staff members passed us multiple times and no one made eye contact with us. We were only looking for a “Hi, be right with you.” or something along that line. We will not be returning to this location.

I went with my daughter, her bf and my grandson, we ordered separate tickets, after my daughter ordered pizza and wings I ordered some meatballs and a glass of wine, we got the pizza it was good but my wine never came. The place was not busy, it's a shame I ended up not reminding our waitress, we were there for over an hour, not one time did our waitress come over and check on us..

First off been to a hometown pizza before at other locations and it was awesome, it got a five star review. Got a pan pizza that was over cooked and and don’t get me started on what they call a Stromboli quite possibly the worst so called Stromboli on the planet. Had some kind of chunk of mystery meat patty in place of ground sausage. Also got pasta salad but good luck eating it, they didn’t put any utensils in the bag, also no napkins either. Extremely disappointed in the service at this location, especially after bragging to my family about how good hometown pizza was..
